Absolutely a most amazing food journey! Everything about our experience at this restaurant was top-notch from the greeting when we entered the door, to the seating by the hostess, to the service from our server, to our experience with the exceptional food! Oh, and the atmosphere was inviting and memorable. Two thumbs up!

“Perfect”. 1 word to sum up Amaro’s table Castle Rock & that’s “perfect”. From the Food, to the quality & value, to the service, cleanliness, aesthetic & vibe of the restaurant, everything, perfect. It’s trendy & chic while being warm and inviting at the same time. The service and friendliness of the staff, is reminiscent of a time when customer service was a high standard instead of the oh too common lower priority it seems to have become over the years. The food IS the star of the show! Do yourself a favor, get the fried chicken or the fried chicken sandwich, both are amazing! All the food I’ve had there has been fantastic but the fried chicken is on another level! Thank you for bringing Amaro’s Table to Cowlitz County!

Me and my Wife went here to celebrate my birthday. Our waitress Sara R was wonderful and very helpful. The food was amazing and well worth the price, you definitely get what you pay for. The staff are very welcoming and the environment is cozy. The current seasonal of Ribs were savory/juicy and paired with the mac & cheese they make in house was divine. The New York steak was perfectly cooked and tasted great. The Amaro flight of liqueurs was a fun experience and not overly expensive. The staff were extremely nice and gave us some of the in house made Ricotta doughnuts for our first time visiting on the house (we ordered Creme Brulee and that was delicious too). Highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a fine dining experience without breaking the bank.

First time visiting Amaro's table and what better time to try then for a special birthday dinner! Firstly, if you are going to visit on a Saturday I highly recommend making a reservation like we did because it was VERY busy. The reservation process was seamless online and gives you the ability to put in the occasion and/or special requests. Customer service from start to finish was top notch and the staff were very attentive. For the main entree I chose the fried chicken which was great paired with the honey butter. The restaurant is very flexible with side substitutions if you do not like what comes with it. I chose to substitute the coleslaw for their mac and cheese for the 6 upcharge and I'm glad I did because it was DELICIOUS. They have a great menu of cocktails with dozens of combinations and customizations available. I opted for a non-alcoholic cocktail with zero proof spirits. Rounded out the dinner with the infamous ricotta donuts. Cannot wait to return and try other menu items!

I enjoyed the filet mignon - cooked right with well seasoned butter. I enjoyed the twist of cilantro in the grilled zucchini. Overall the dish is a bit on the salty side than what I prefer. I asked for double portion of vegetables instead of smashed potato and they were able to accommodate. I tried the whole lotta colada non alcoholic drink hoping it would taste like pina colada. But it didn’t and was super sweet. They offered to take it off my check without me asking, which I appreciate. The service was excellent. Since it was my first time dining here I also got free donuts as dessert. Appreciate your hospitality!

Our second time here, but this time was for my birthday. Food was delicious. Service was great. So far everything I have had here has been very good and it always feels like you get quite a lot for what you spend. Happy Hour here is also delicious/a great value.

Excellent Anniversary dinner! Pork chop with mango chutney, New York steak, and the ricotta doughnuts dipped into the Creme Brulee were all perfection! Service was spot-on and appetizer and drinks were delicious. Make your reservations soon!!

10/10 every time we have been here. Great staff, fast service, amazing food, and THE BEST drinks- especially the seasonal ones. Two happy hours And the ricotta doughnuts are to die for. Shout out to the bartenders! Knowledgable, friendly, and on top of it when it comes to service/drinks. Highly recommend!
